Skylarch House is a contemporary family home designed with a focus on warmth, practicality, and bespoke carpentry. Using natural materials and considered design, we aimed to create a space that is both functional and welcoming.

Kitchen: At the heart of the home is the handcrafted kitchen. We built soft sage cabinetry with ply-edged detailing and durable worktops. Open shelving adds practical storage and display options, while an oversized island provides space for cooking and socialising. Warm wood stools reinforce the natural feel, and flush cabinetry with custom lighting ensures a clean, long-lasting finish.

Feature Bookcase: An architectural bookcase, extending up to a skylight, turns a transitional space into a practical feature. Each shelf was crafted for a seamless fit, maximising storage and allowing natural light to reach further into the home.

Living Spaces: Throughout the living areas, we installed bespoke seating and storage for both comfort and practicality. A built-in window seat, upholstered for added warmth, includes hidden storage underneath. In the open-plan dining area, we crafted a timber dining set, paired with custom cabinetry that combines storage with display.

Skylarch House reflects our approach to carpentry - focused on quality, practicality, and attention to detail. Every element was designed to create a space that is functional, comfortable, and built to last.
